I did not realize when I started writing today’s post that my previous one was also related to gluten. Sorry about that! Will find another topic for the next post but just my recent battle with stomach issues and gluten intolerance, in particular, has turned my life upside down pretty much so it is an important part of my daily life.

These products are made with alternative grains such as rice, quinoa, and corn, which are naturally gluten-free.

In addition to switching to gluten-free products, it’s important to carefully read labels and ingredient lists when shopping for food. This will help you avoid hidden sources of gluten and ensure that you’re making safe food choices.

Eating out can also be a challenge for those with gluten intolerance. Many restaurants use gluten-containing ingredients in their dishes, so it’s important to communicate with your server and ask about the ingredients used in the food. Many restaurants now offer gluten-free options, but it’s always best to check and make sure.

Despite these challenges, living with gluten intolerance doesn’t have to mean giving up your favorite foods. With a little knowledge and effort, you can still enjoy a varied and delicious diet. And remember, your health is worth it – taking care of your body by avoiding gluten is crucial for managing your symptoms and avoiding potential complications.
